Personal Training Services:

  • Single One on One Personal Training Session: $90
  • Package of 8 Personal Training Sessions: $85/workout
  • Package of 12 Personal Training Sessions: $80/workout
  • Package of 16 Personal Training Sessions: $75/workout
  • Package of 20 Personal Training Sessions: $70/workout
  • Small group (2-3) Personal Training: $40 a person 
  • Initial Consultation: $150 by itself, $100 with a package.

About Us

A personal trainer at the gym in San Francisco, CA.

Meet the Trainer

Becca, M.A. C.P.T. has her Masters in Instructional Design and is a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Trainer, and has her Pre/Post Natal Certificate through NASM.   She uses these degrees to design a workout routine specific to your body, learning style, and goals. In addition, mindfulness can also be incorporated into your routines as she has been a Qi Gong student for the past three years and has studied mindfulness/anxiety and cognitive behavior therapy techniques.
